    A dishwashing area is not just a dishwashing area

    Getting the plan right will save you money

    Imagine the scene, in any restaurant anywhere on the planet: The battle is over – another long, tough day is finished.
    In the back, the last bits of tidying are still going on. The head chef and the restaurant manager sit together at the empty bar, debriefing on the day.
